OUPS Ohio Utilities –call before you dig
All properties will be marked by Ohio Utility. For us to be on your property digging, Everscapes must have a confirmation code, as well as the proper and current paperwork from Ohio Utility. Please call OUPS at 800-863-2764 or 811 at least 48 hours prior to any digging project, but no more than 10 days prior.
You must choose a spot at least 3feet from any Ohio Utility marking for your tree to be installed. We are unable to dig where a line is marked on your property.
Warranty:
Trees installed are guaranteed for 1 year, starting the date of installation. Prices are subject to change, some restrictions apply. Our guarantee does not cover the cost for soil, mulch, and staking. A plant replacement credit will be given in the amount paid for the tree to be used on other guaranteed plant material. The credit can only be used towards another tree or shrub (not including perennials, annuals, houseplants, aquatic plants, etc) and cannot be combined with any other offer.
We want your trees to thrive. If any of the trees Everscapes has installed are not doing well, please call us immediately.
General Tree Care Tips:
It can take 2-3 seasons for a newly planted tree to become established. Until then it will need your help
Place a hose 12” from the trunk of the tree. Let the water run for 30-45 minutes (for large trees do this on both sides of the tree.
